Casa Pia has a confirmed absence for the survival match against Torreense, in the second leg of the play-off, on Thursday. Pedro Rosas will serve a suspension against the Oeste team, after being expelled in the first leg, in Torres Vedras. The late entry at 75' left the geese in numerical inferiority for the final stretch of the first leg and gave Álvaro Pacheco a headache for the second. The absence of the winter reinforcement, who was a starter in eight of the last nine games, opens a vacancy in the left-back position in the 3x4x3 of the geese. Abdu Conté would be the most natural alternative. The performance of the left-back of origin in the final stretch of the season, however, has been conditioned by physical problems. Conté was a starter in only one of the last eight games played by the geese, against Tondela, in matchday 32. The 28-year-old lateral did not appear on the game sheet of the match in Torres Vedras, due to a muscular discomfort. The lateral will be re-evaluated before the second leg, on Thursday, but should be available for the last game of the season. If Abdu Conté is not chosen to start against Torreense, Álvaro Pacheco may adapt André Geraldes to the left. The right-back of origin, 35 years old, entered the field in Torres Vedras, three minutes after Rosas' expulsion, to balance the geese's defense. Geraldes played mostly the central defense this season. The match between Casa Pia and Torreense has a kick-off scheduled for 20h on Thursday, at the Estádio Municipal de Rio Maior.
